How To Order:

Follow the steps on the Customized Tab for custom-designed collars & leashes; we’ve ensured every aspect of putting your ideal is custom-designed, if you’re unclear of anything, contact us via co*****@ge***********.com. The collar’s basic price starts at $100, with some options at the same cost, such as Conchos, Studs, Width, Size, Thickness, Buckle, D ring Embroidery, and Printing & Stitching Thread.

1. Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll email you a mockup designed after your confirmation.
2. We will start producing your custom-designed collar or Leashes. As the item is customized, you cannot return it.
3. For a refund, if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like the design so, choose the size & design carefully from the size chart.
4. You’ll receive shipping details as soon as the order is dispatched.
5. The Original color shades may be slightly reformed to those shown on the mockup design due to the natural variation of Leather.
6. Usually, we ship within 3 Weeks after you approve the mockup design.
7. But sometimes it’s May to extend 4 Weeks.
8. All orders ship according to the shipping policy.
